GEM GROUP is dedicated to reducing the environmental footprint of our operations, both indoors and outdoors. Across all our premises, we have implemented paper recycling, replaced conventional lighting with energy-efficient LED bulbs, and reduced our electricity consumption from 8,000W per hour to 1,600W per hour. By adopting new informational systems, we have decreased paper usage by 1,200 sheets per day and transitioned to a completely paperless operation using electronic devices.

With the installation of an electronic monitoring system across our fleet, we have saved over 6,000 liters of fuel, equivalent to 144 tons of CO2 emissions, for the same number of transfers. Our annual “Day to Give Back” includes initiatives such as tree planting, beach or forest cleaning, and recycling projects.

GEM GROUP is investing in an electric-powered fleet to reduce its environmental footprint, further enhancing sustainability by charging the vehicles with solar panels installed at our garage facilities.
