Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
Sure we can offer you transportation of all kinds. You need a mini bus, coach and limousine? No problem for us! Even
horses, Greek donkeys and boat rentals are definitely possible.
What kind of food will be served?
Your wedding, your choice! We will always offer you a choice of different menus, but you can always tell us your ideas.
Can I get married at a different resort than where I am staying?
In most location this is possible. Have a look at our wedding venues or ask us. We are sure to find the right location
according to your needs.
Is my wedding legal in the country where I reside?
Yes, the marriage is a legally binding marriage. You should inquire with your local government regarding name change
procedures, etc.
What is the best way to travel with a wedding dress?
Any arrangement for transportation of a wedding dress should be discussed directly with your airline carrier.
When will I receive my marriage certificate?
After the wedding the marriage has to be registered at town hall of the city performed. This has to be done within
40 days following the ceremony. We usually go with you 1-2 days after the wedding in order to obtain the marriage
certificate. We can as well translate it here on Rhodes and send it via courier to your home country.
Do my documents need to be translated?
YES! All documents must be translated into Greek. But we will help you with this procedure.
When do I finalize my wedding details?
Details should be finalized 15 days prior to arrival; we will guide you through this process. When you arrive in-resort
we will have at least 1 or 2 face to face meetings to sort everything out.
Can I bring down my own wedding décor items and favors?
Yes you can. Please speak with us about the details. There might be a setup fee.
Do I have to make a deposit?
Once you have signed the agreement for the wedding with us, we will charge a small deposit for the service. Wewill discuss
the full payment schedule with you as soon as we have set up all details.
Do you add VAT to the price?
No – the price stated is the price you pay.
Can you help with recommending accommodation?
Yes. We have a list of hotels and B&B’s to suit all budgets.
Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc.?
We work on a regular basis with several vendors. We will be happy to give you contact information.
